eAdvisor System - Revamp
eAdvisor is an insurance inquiry platform built for advisors. This project represents a complete rebuild from the ground up, replacing a legacy system that had been in use for over 20 years, modernizing its structure, visuals, and interactions. Phase I focuses on restructuring the product architecture and revamping the homepage UI/UX, while establishing a new design system to guide future module updates.

Information Architecture Rebuilding
We redefined the information architecture from the ground up, mapping complex legacy structures into a clear, hierarchical model. This process improved navigation logic, standardized content relationships, and ensured that key business data could be accessed more intuitively and efficiently.
UIUX Redesign
Based on the new information architecture, the product structure was completely redefined. Two key improvements were introduced: 1. Navigation layout — the menu was moved from the top to a side navigation bar, aligning with internal system usage patterns. 2. Homepage layout — previously scattered webparts were reorganized and prioritized for clearer hierarchy and faster access to key information. These changes made the interface more intuitive, structured, and information-focused.
Webparts Customization
To further meet diverse user needs, we introduced a customizable Webpart framework, allowing users to freely configure their own dashboards. This enhances personalization, promotes task efficiency, and aligns with a user-centered adaptive interface approach that balances flexibility and control.
Outcome
The redesigned eAdvisor system achieved: A 40% reduction in user navigation time; Improved information discoverability and consistency across modules; A scalable component-based design system ready for future expansion. Overall, the project modernized the advisor management experience and strengthened digital efficiency for long-term business sustainability.
