eBroker System
This project focuses on building eBroker, a modular insurance management platform designed to streamline the end-to-end policy application process. By applying a modular architecture, the system allows brokers to pre-fill and reuse client data in advance, enabling seamless information flow across different stages of the application journey.

Modular Foundation + Real-time Preview
We restructured the system into modular sections, enabling users to focus on one task at a time while instantly previewing related data in real time. This progressive disclosure approach provides clarity and accuracy — ensuring that users can view the full policy summary as they complete each section, reducing cognitive load and minimizing submission errors.
Nested Modular Design for Data Reusability
Building on this modular foundation, we then decomposed the Client Information module into sub-modules such as Basic Info, Occupation, and Tax Indicia. This allows brokers to pre-fill and manage client data independently, which can then be automatically reused in future applications.
Adaptive Multi-view Interface for Workflow Flexibility
To accommodate different working patterns, we implemented a multi-view system — enabling users to switch seamlessly between card and table views depending on data complexity. Card view supports quick scanning and human-centered review, while table view allows high-volume management with sortable fields.
Outcome
Through a structured modular architecture and adaptive interface strategy, the eBroker system improved operational efficiency, reduced manual input duplication, and shortened policy submission time — creating a scalable foundation for digital insurance transformation.
